Mabry Freeland

Junior Research, Operations, and Marketing Analyst

Mabry serves as a Junior Research, Operations, and Marketing Analyst at Randall Commercial Group, LLC, where she plays an integral role in supporting the firm’s investment, advisory, and operational initiatives. In this capacity, she is responsible for conducting in-depth market research, developing and implementing process automation solutions, and building and managing comprehensive internal databases that enhance efficiency and decision-making across the organization. She is also actively involved in the design and execution of marketing materials, contributing to both company-wide branding efforts and property-level strategies. Through her analytical approach and attention to detail, Mabry provides critical support across all functional areas of the firm.

Prior to joining Randall Commercial Group, Mabry gained valuable experience in the insurance and risk management industry, where she developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, organization, and client-focused problem solving. Her undergraduate studies in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi has equipped her with a well-rounded understanding of strategic communication, branding, market positioning, and technical graphic design skills.

Mabry has further strengthened her professional skill set through software application certifications spanning accounting, real estate, and SOP software integration and design.

Currently, Mabry is furthering her education through the McKinsey Forward program, a program designed to build foundational career, leadership, and technology skills for individuals early in their professional career.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Mabry is an active member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church. She enjoys needlepointing, practicing Pilates, and spending time with her animals, bringing a thoughtful and balanced approach to both her personal and professional life.
