Elizabeth J. Randall is the Founder and President (Designated/Principal Broker: FL, OK, TX and Associate Broker: AL, AR, GA, LA, MO, MS, NC, SC, TN).  She has led the company since its founding and the firm is a recognized leader in innovative strategies around sale leaseback structuring, healthcare real estate, 1031 exchanges, asset management, and development partnerships.  Randall Commercial Group landed on the 2023 INC. Magazine’s INC. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies in US.

Since 2021, the firm has ranked in the top 1% for transaction volume by Crexi National Trading Platform, and Elizabeth has been designated as a Platinum Broker.  Elizabeth has been named by GlobeSt.com Real Estate Forum as a 2022 Influencer in Net Lease and in 2020 as Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate Sector.  In 2024, she was named to the Mississippi Top CEO List by MS Business Journal.

Elizabeth is on the Board of Directors for First Commercial Bank, and she is a frequent speaker at conferences and CEs on commercial real estate investment strategies, sale leaseback, healthcare real estate, philanthropy, and female entrepreneurship and leadership.  She recently spoke at the 17th Annual GlobeSt.com Net Lease Conference in NYC on sale leasebacks and Annual Net Lease Summit in Chicago.

After starting her career in NYC as a risk analyst for an M&A transactions team for private equity fund clients, she held 5 NASD-securities (currently inactive) licenses and worked as a public securities research analyst with Bloomberg Certifications.  She was a real estate economic analyst for privately traded REITs, LPs, and a stock analyst for healthcare and consumer staples sectors gaining experience with investment analysis and economic forecasting.

Further pursuing investment research and asset allocation, she worked as a global real estate specialist focusing on publicly traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate limited partnerships, where she developed an understanding of the dynamics of global real estate and credit markets. She holds Bloomberg Financial Product Certifications in equity and fixed income and was an Adjunct Lecturer at Ole Miss in Real Estate Finance.

Philanthropy is a love and daily part of Elizabeth’s life, and she commits 20% of her “working time” to her non-profit work.  She a co-founder and chair for St. Jude Children’s Hospital Taste of Oxford which has raised over $5M, is a Member and Past Chairman of the Ole Miss Women’s Council for Philanthropy, serves on the North MS Medical Center Foundation Board, and serves on the advisory board for A.J. Brown Foundation.

Elizabeth serves as a trustee for the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Foundation, on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the University of MS Foundation, on the Ole Miss Real Estate Board, and on the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Advisory Board.  She volunteers as the Executive-in-Residence at Insight Park.  She co-founded and chairs the Robert C. Khayat Lecture Series at Ole Miss.  Elizabeth is a member of CHIEF, a national organization for female executives.

In 2020, she was named as National Volunteer of the Year for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  She received the Outstanding Young MBA Alumnus Award and was top 10 Leading Women in Business by MBJ.  Argent Trust honored her in 2023 on National Women in Business Day.  In 2024, She received the Outstanding Alumna Cable Award from Delta Gamma Sorority and was named as a Women of Distinction by Girl Scouts of Mississippi.

Elizabeth is a 4th generation Ole Miss graduate holding a BBA and MBA cum laude and was awarded the Swayze Award from the Mississippi Bankers’ Association as the top banking/finance student in Mississippi.  She has completed executive education in Real Estate Investment, Finance, and Behavioral Economics at New York University and at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

She and her husband Trace love their very “entertaining and active” life raising 5 young children including 6-year-old twins.  Trace is a devoted stay-at-home dad, and they are all very engaged members at St Peter’s Episcopal Church.
