Ben Johnson

Associate Broker

Ben Johnson is an associate broker with Randall Commercial Group, LLC. He offers a wide variety of services to his clients including commercial leasing, site selection, tenant representation, development consulting, and brokerage for commercial real estate and land. He is also experienced in assisting clients with the reinvestment of 1031 tax deferred exchange funds in to income producing properties and land. Ben is a licensed real estate broker in MS, TN, LA and AR.

In addition to his involvement with commercial real estate investments, Ben is the primary broker in Randall Commercial Group, LLC’s land division. He assists investors in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of agricultural, timber, and recreational properties in the Southeast region. Ben is a life-long outdoorsman with previous farming experience and has been directly involved with trophy wildlife management for over 20 years. He is currently pursuing his Accredited Land Consultant designation.

Ben graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.B.A. majoring in Real Estate Finance. Originally from Leland, MS, Ben and his wife currently reside in Greenwood. He serves on the board of the Highway 61 Blues Foundation, volunteers with Main Street Greenwood, and is a Trustee in the Clint and Ellen Ann Johnson Foundation.
