Brian P. Phillips, CCIM

Senior Vice President

Brian Phillips, CCIM is the Senior Vice President for Randall Commercial Group, LLC.  He serves as the Company’s Principal Broker in MS, AL, AR, CO, GA, LA, MO, NC, SC, and TN.  Along with his duties as Principal Broker, Brian’s primary focus is the Company’s Net Lease Practice Group with a focus on investment sales.  Brian represents a diverse list of clients ranging from developers, individual real estate investors, and institutional real estate companies. Brian’s past brokerage experience allows him to find creative real estate solutions to meet his client’s unique property and investment needs. He also helps clients to manage their real estate assets to achieve a greater return on their investment.

Brian has an extensive background in the industry.  He joined Randall Commercial Group in the summer of 2013 after working in commercial real estate in New Orleans, LA.  He started his career with a national commercial real estate brokerage in New Orleans, before becoming the Director of Leasing for a family office with a commercial real estate portfolio that includes shopping centers in a 4-state territory as well as high quality warehouses in the Greater New Orleans area.  His experience in New Orleans led him to Randall Commercial Group, where he started working with Company’s developer clients on shopping center lease-ups and build-to-suit site selection. Brian also has experience representing retailers and medical tenants in finding space and negotiating the best possible deal for their respective businesses.

Brian received his B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi majoring in Real Estate. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an active member of the MS CCIM Chapter where he served as President in 2022 and 2023.  Brian and his wife Catherine, pediatrician and owner of Phillips Pediatrics, now live in Oxford with their two kids, Patrick and Margaret.  Brian is member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.  Brian enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and attending Ole Miss sporting events.
