Cole Barnhill is a Financial Real Estate Analyst and Mississippi Licensed Salesperson with Randall Commercial Group, LLC, active in the healthcare and retail sectors while also contributing to daily business operations. Involved in engagements from start to finish, Cole delivers support with a high regard for ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Prior to joining Randall Commercial Group, Cole worked in the consulting industry serving over 150 financial institutions through vendor contract evaluations, pricing analysis, and negotiations. While supporting clients up to $10 Billion in assets, Cole had primary responsibilities for the analysis and negotiations of contracts with annual expenditure up to or more than $5 million. Having focused heavily on data analytics, negotiations, and document review and preparation, Cole offers a wealth of experience that ensures each client’s unique property and investment needs are handled with the utmost attention to detail.

Cole obtained both a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi. During undergraduate and graduate school, Cole served as the intern for the School of Business Administration’s Banking and Finance Advisory Board, received the honor of the Zach McClendon Memorial Assistantship, and led his peers through various leadership positions across all facets of campus life. He resides in Oxford, MS, with his partner, Drew, and two Goldendoodles, Memphis and Alys. Outside of the office, Cole enjoys spending time with his family, challenging friends to a pickleball or tennis match, and teaching and practicing yoga.
