Graham Llivina is a Research Analyst with the Randall Commercial Group, LLC. In this role, Graham compiles statistics, industry research and unique market and property level data to identify opportunities in commercial real estate. Graham concentrates on expanding the company databases and maximizing the research-gathering methods to support the healthcare and net lease service lines. His research agenda further includes urban economic research studies on the trajectory of local markets and sub-markets throughout the 10 state RCG footprint.
Prior to his current position, Graham attended Auburn University on a National Merit Scholarship. At the Harbert College of Business, he majored in Entrepreneurship and made the Dean’s list eight consecutive semesters. Graham also worked for three years as an undergraduate researcher at the Harrison School of Pharmacology. His research involved botanical compounds, biochemometrics, and the cardioprotective properties of proanthocyanidins. In this capacity, Graham published a first-author chapter, a second-author clinical paper, and presented an academic poster. He has experience working in patent research in the Office of Technology Commercialization at the University of Mississippi. As president of the Latino Student Association, he worked in a cross-functional capacity with underserved students on Auburn’s campus. Graham graduated from Auburn Summa Cum Laude.
After graduation from Auburn’s Honors College, Graham briefly attended medical school before deciding to pursue a career in data analytics. He is pursuing an MBA degree at the University of Mississippi.
